On June 7, 2008, alumni and friends of Father Ryan shared a great day on the links at Champions Run Club for the 2nd Annual Lou Graham Alumni Invitational. Golfers from the class of 1949 to 2007 enjoyed a morning of golf and a chance to reconnect with their fellow alums.
Lou Graham, a 1956 graduate of Father Ryan and 1975 US Open Champion was on hand at the putting contest to give advice and greet the golfers. Proceeds from the event benefit the FRHS Alumni Scholarship Fund. A special thanks goes to Mr. Graham and all our sponsors for making this event possible.
The winning team, which included Lou's brother, Marty, and grandson, Ron, were the recipients of a new, special Classic trophy that was fashioned from a trophy won by Lou in a 1974 tournament..
